This position blends technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong client engagement to drive long-term customer value and satisfaction.Accountabilities:
- Lead customer onboarding, account configuration, and adoption of data resilience solutions
- Conduct assessments, build protection plans, and recommend architectures across the data platform
- Execute recovery simulations and apply resilience maturity models to report and improve customer posture
- Identify churn risks, define mitigation strategies, and support renewal and expansion initiatives
- Engage executive stakeholders (CISO/CIO) to communicate risk, status, and technical recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, plays, and adoption strategies to maximize customer value
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise and commercial accounts, overseeing technical success plans and adoption roadmaps
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles focused on data backup, recovery, or resilience
- Hands-on expertise with operating systems, virtualization, storage, scripting/automation, and cloud platforms
- Experience designing and executing protection plans, migrations, and recovery simulations
- VMCE certification required (may be completed post-hire)
- Preferred certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator/Solutions Architect
- Strong ability to translate business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps and measurable value
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience engaging executive stakeholders and providing clear technical guidance
