You will work closely with medical affairs and field support trainers to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, providing essential support to healthcare professionals. The impact of your work will be felt across various patient demographics, from pediatric to elderly care, as you contribute to the development and delivery of groundbreaking medical devices.Accountabilities
- Partner with Medical Affairs to learn FDA approved messaging and certification criteria.
- Provide clinical and technical training, certification, and support to ophthalmic and optometric healthcare providers and technical staff.
- Observe and facilitate education activities related to clinically relevant information for healthcare professionals.
- Build relationships by observing interactions between peers and customers during field activities.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical ophthalmology.
- Experience in the Cataract and/or LASIK surgery suites, preferably with relevant products.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically.
- A valid driver's license issued in the United States.
- Competitive base salary range of $76,000 to $119,600.
