About This Position
About Nclusion
Nclusion is on a mission to provide traditional financial services to 1.5 billion people worldwide without access today. Without a secure way to save, invest, or transfer money, individuals are not empowered to accumulate short or long-term wealth. We're changing that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most.
About the Role
Corporate Counsel at Nclusion handles core regulatory licensing efforts worldwide and supports our expanding footprint in the U.S. and emerging international markets. You will manage various types of financial services application processes; coordinate with outside professional advisors and regulators, including in Francophone jurisdictions; and support entity formation, governance, NDAs, commercial agreements, and other transactional matters.
You will also work cross-functionally within both our U.S. and international teams to streamline processes and help establish the legal underpinnings of Nclusion’s evolving Legal & Compliance function. This role suits a lawyer who thrives in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments and brings strong judgment, organization, project management and French-language proficiency to a fast-scaling, mission-driven fintech.
