$150,000 - $225,000 yearly DOE plus bonuses

• Lead and manage family law litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with our team to develop strategic case plans and innovative legal solutions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations with confidence and professionalism.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, motions, and pleadings with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and stay updated on family law developments.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear guidance and updates throughout their legal journey.
• Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

• Experience in family law litigation, with a strong understanding of California family law.
• Ability to lead and manage cases from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
• Proven track record of effective courtroom representation, mediation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong legal research skills to support case strategies and stay current with legal developments.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear, empathetic guidance to clients throughout their legal journey.
• Ability to draft, review, and file legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Experience mentoring junior attorneys and paralegals, fostering a collaborative team environment.
