About Karas Security

Karas Security delivers professional, technology-enabled security services across warehouse, logistics, construction, and commercial environments. We place experienced on-site leaders who can manage teams, enforce standards, and represent our clients with confidence and professionalism.

The Role – Leadership Required

This is a senior supervisory position, not an entry-level security role.

As a Security Supervisor, you will have direct responsibility for leading a team of security officers. You will be expected to already have experience supervising staff, assigning duties, resolving issues, and holding team members accountable. You will act as the senior on-site authority and will be trusted to manage people, operations, and client expectations independently.

This role is designed only for candidates who have previously led security teams in active operational environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and manage a team of security officers across warehouse/logistics sites
  • Assign daily duties, manage schedules, and ensure adequate site coverage
  • Enforce safety protocols, post orders, and company standards consistently
  • Conduct patrols, oversee CCTV monitoring, and manage incident response
  • Review, approve, and submit accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, site management, and emergency services
  • Train, coach, and discipline team members as required
  • Use Guards Pro and TrackTik for scheduling, reporting, and compliance
Mandatory Qualifications (Applicants Must Meet All)
  • 1–3 years of direct experience leading a security team as a Supervisor or Lead
    (warehouse or logistics environment strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated people-management experience (not solo or independent guard roles)
  • OFA Level 3 First Aid certification – mandatory
  • Strong leadership presence, decision-making skills, and professional communication
  • Experience with Guards Pro, TrackTik, Google Drive, and Excel
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Ability to start immediately
  • SAP or logistics system experience is an asset
