About the Role:

We’re seeking a Senior / Lead Electrical Controls Estimator to own complex estimating efforts for automotive programs—final assembly, paint, body-in-white, powertrain, and warehousing/logistics—where material handling and conveyor automation are central.

What You'll Do:

Supervise a team of 3-7 Estimators in the following:

• Lead detailed estimates for automotive conveyor automation systems and other industrial automation scopes
• Prepare and approve the Basis of Estimate (BOE).
  • Contribute to and ensure overall proposal process is adhered too.
  • Work with Management, Business Development, and Engineering on competitive strategy, manpower requirements, and execution methodology.
  • Continuously monitor for ways to improve the estimation process while ensuring consistency and accuracy in quotes.
• Manage relationships with key customer's estimating teams
• Act as the focal point with engineering, procurement, and OEM/client teams.
• Evaluate vendor quotes and present estimates.
• Maintain historical cost databases.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years' experience with 8+ in estimating.
• Expertise with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell platforms.
• Familiarity with automotive material handling technologies.
• Strong cost management and leadership experience.
