We are seeking dedicated Home Care Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who share our passion for helping older adults maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. Our LPNs play a key role in supporting residents in both independent living and assisted living settings, providing high‑quality, person‑centered care that allows individuals to thrive in the place they call home.

In this role, you’ll deliver direct patient care through established clinical practices, including administering medications and treatments, completing assessments, monitoring vital signs, and supporting diagnostic needs.
