The Director will oversee a team responsible for lead nurturing, account-based marketing (ABM), events, and multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and sales objectives. Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue marketing strategy that drives demand generation, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition/retention.
  • Define and implement best practices for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion across the marketing-to-sales funnel.
  • Lead adoption and execution of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting key accounts.
  • Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team including campaign, ABM, and events managers.
  • Collaborate with revenue leadership to align on messaging, campaign strategies, and performance objectives.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, content, social, and events, ensuring high-quality leads and client engagement.
  • Provide strategic oversight for onsite and virtual events, webinars, and trade shows, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven success in demand generation, ABM, and revenue-focused marketing programs.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Track record of managing event marketing programs, including both onsite and virtual events.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice to have: experience in the education sector, customer segmentation, lead scoring, and marketing to SMB or enterprise audiences.
