About This Position
Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Full-Time | Outpatient | Jacksonville, FL

As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, play-based therapy while building strong relationships with children and families in a supportive, team-driven environment.
Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, speech and language delays, developmental delays, social communication challenges, articulation disorders, phonological disorders, and feeding or oral-motor difficulties. We focus on helping children develop communication skills, language comprehension, expressive language, social interaction, and functional communication through evidence-based, child-centered care.
We are actively hiring across multiple Jacksonville-area locations including Mandarin, South Point, Bartram Park, Jacksonville Beach, Orange Park, Yulee, Callahan, World Golf Village, and St. Augustine, as well as contracted private schools and medically fragile daycares throughout the region.
Requirements
· Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
· Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
· Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills and feeding experience
· Passion for working with children with developmental and communication needs
