Coach - Girls Lacrosse at Derby Academy Trustees – Hingham, Massachusetts

Derby is looking for both a Varsity and a JV girls Lacrosse coach. The season runs from March 23 through May 22. Practices are held from 2:45-3:55 pm, Monday through Thursday. Each team has approximately 7-8 games scheduled, with contests on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. Away games usually require an earlier departure of approximately 2:10 pm.

Knowledge of Lacrosse and prior playing and/or coaching experience required

Strong verbal communication skills

A desire to mentor student athletes, while creating an atmosphere of cohesive teamwork and fun

Must be able to pass all required Massachusetts background checks, including CORI, SORI and National Fingerprinting and be authorized to work in the USA

CPR/AED/Concussion safety certifications a plus
