ORGANIZATION SUMMARY

POSITION SUMMARY:
World Relief seeks an Integration & Stability Programs Coordinator to provide coordination, compliance oversight, and operational support across multiple Integration & Stability programs. This role balances detailed, compliance-focused work with strategic thinking and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to funder, contractual, and organizational requirements. The coordinator works closely with program managers, direct service staff, and internal departments to support program implementation, reporting, data quality, and client service standards. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work across multiple programs while centering the best interests of program participants.
- Ensure compliance across Integration & Stability programs by providing guidance and support to staff involved in service delivery, including staff in Kent, Thurston, and Whatcom (Bellingham) offices. This may include one-on-one and group meetings.
- Review client records, case files, and case notes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with program, funder, and organizational requirements.
- Monitor ongoing case documentation and data entry to maintain high standards of data quality and timely reporting.
- Complete and support program reporting requirements across multiple programs.
- Assist the Health and Wellness Manager with screening clients for program eligibility and determining appropriate program placement in alignment with program guidelines and capacity.
- Support coordination and alignment of processes across Integration & Stability programs to promote consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new Integration & Stability program staff, including orientation to documentation, compliance standards, and internal systems.
- Collaborate with Program manager and Director of Finance and Operations to support budget development, tracking, and compliance with program funding requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the Health and Wellness Manager to implement best practices and support new program initiatives.
- Coordinate communication between local program staff and World Relief Home Office, including participation in meetings and serving as a point of contact for program-related questions.
- Identify compliance risks, service gaps, or client concerns and escalate issues to management with recommended solutions.
- Mediate conversations between clients and casework staff when there are concerns related to program expectations or compliance.
- Monitor client satisfaction and program quality through participant feedback, case file reviews, shadowing staff, and other quality assurance metrics.
- Develop and maintain internal tools, guidance documents, and workflows to support staff in meeting program and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support coordinated service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support Integration & Stability program operations.

- Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Association of Evangelicals' For the Health of The Nation document
- At least 1 year of program management or coordination experience.
- Previous experience with programs such as WAMASS, Preferred Communities (PC), Reception & Placement (R&P), and PRIME is an added advantage.
- Strong commitment to serving refugees and immigrants in support of World Reliefs mission.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with data entry, file management, and compliance documentation preferred.
- Ability to perform basic financial and budget-related tasks is desirable.
- Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Dependable and consistent in attendance and performance.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and with diverse communities.
- Proficiency in one or more commonly spoken immigrant languages highly desirable.
- Bachelors degree
- Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience working cross culturally and with preliterate and/or non-native English speakers
- Advanced proficiency in data management systems, with demonstrated ability to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms; prior experience with case management databases strongly preferred.
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, including email, file management, and internet navigation.
- Ability to enter, track, and manage data accurately in case management or database systems preferred.
- Comfort learning and adapting to new technology platforms as needed.
