The Plant Operations Manager oversees daily production activities, ensures safe and efficient operations, and leads teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals. This role drives continuous improvement, supports cross?functional collaboration, and ensures compliance with ISO and AS9100 standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant operations to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Lead and develop plant teams, promoting accountability and engagement.
• Support Operational Excellence efforts, including Lean, TPM, 6S, and EHS improvements.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 through SOPs, audits, and corrective actions.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and identify efficiency improvements.
• Work with Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Quality to resolve production issues.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce waste, downtime, and scrap.
• Use data to identify problems and improve production processes

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with deep draw metal forming is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 and audit processes.
• Proven experience with Lean, 6S, TPM, and safety programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team?building skills; Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, budgeting, and cost control.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (ITAR/AS9100 compliance).

Salary Range:

$110K-$130K
