Summer Day Camp Senior Counselor:The Senior Counselor is a leadership role responsible for supervising campers, mentoring junior counselors, and helping ensure a safe, positive, and engaging camp experience. Senior Counselors model professionalism, teamwork, and enthusiasm while supporting indoor and outdoor camp operations and programming. • This is a part-time, seasonal position with the Edison Township Recreation Department.• Must be able to work June 18 through August 14, 7:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. Location: Sports Building• Must be minimum of 18 years old, and meet minimum requirements per New Jersey Youth Camp Safety Standards. • Interest preferred in one or more of the following areas: arts & crafts, sports, board games, aquatics, singing, music, skits, recreational games, etc.• Previous volunteer or work experience with diverse populations preferred.• Previous summer day camp experience preferred.• Hourly pay rate up to $22.
