Day Custodian at Lamain Industries LLC – Fort Meade, Maryland

Overview:

LaMain Industries, LLC is an innovative solutions provider for federal, local, and commercial customers in facilities, logistics, and management services. We are seeking a responsible and collaborative professional to maintain a high level of cleanliness and orderliness during day shifts.

Job Skills/Requirements:

• Cleans and maintains commissary’s work, store, office, and restroom areas.
• Tasks include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing floors, waxing and polishing floors, removing debris and trash, dusting equipment, furniture, and shelves, polishing metal fixtures, and cleaning lavatories.
• Performs minor maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements:

Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Physical stamina for prolonged standing, repetitive bending, and other job-related activities.

Additional Information/Benefits:

This position is governed by a federal contract. Employees receive a Health & Welfare (H & W) benefit per hour, as per the Service Contract Act (SCA), in addition to the hourly pay rate.
