**IMMEDIATE HIRE - APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN**

Maintenance professionals, Monarch is looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician with a drive to succeed at The Creek Apartments in Wilmington, North Carolina.

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Maintaining property grounds
• Preventative maintenance
• Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

• $20- $22/HR
• Yearly raises up to 5%
• Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to$3,000.00 Per Year!
• On-Call Bonus,$100.00 a weekwhen on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
• $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

• 2+ years experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
