Capital Projects Manager – East Coast at Noco Holdings LLC – Savannah, Georgia

You will take full ownership of a regional territory, acting as an entrepreneurial leader who drives business growth and project excellence. This full-cycle role empowers you to win new business, estimate complex costs, and manage high-impact multifamily renovations from inception to completion.

• Identify and pursue high-value opportunities with developers and property owners to build a consistent project pipeline.

• Develop accurate cost estimates and perform detailed takeoffs to ensure competitive and profitable project proposals.

• Oversee full project lifecycles from contract signing through final delivery to maintain strict quality standards.

• Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Maintain robust industry relationships, serving as a trusted trade partner for Noco across the East Coast territory.

• Manage project financial health by tracking budgets, profitability, and job costs within CRM and ERP systems.

• Minimum of 3 to 7+ years of experience in construction sales, estimating, or project management.

• Proven ability to read architectural plans and perform accurate material takeoffs.

• Demonstrated success in managing a full-cycle book of business with high levels of accountability.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills necessary for managing complex renovation logistics.

• Specific experience managing medium to large-scale multifamily or commercial renovation projects.

• Established network of property managers, GCs, and developers within the Savannah/Coastal Georgia market.

• Advanced proficiency in construction-specific CRM and project management software.
