Receptionist at The Delaware National Bank of Delhi – Delhi, New York

This position is 40 hours a week and requires a Saturday rotation. Applicant must pass a background check and credit check.

Hourly Wage: $18.03

Primary Duties:

• Answer main phone line and greet customers in lobby area
• Assist customers with general questions regarding their accounts
• Resolve debit card and internet banking issues
• Arrange appointments for customers with bank personnel
• Accept deliveries
• Perform various office & administrative tasks

• Excellent telephone and people skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
