About This Position
JOB DESCRIPTION – TEAM LEADER
- Drive and achieve KPI performance of all teams members
- Monitor and track daily activities of the team members via Retail-Aim Quick View
✓ Attendance, Promotion Compliance, OOS, Stocks Weight - Cover outlets with unfulfilled headcount
- Support KAM on sales strategies and operational issues
- Conduct monthly “one-to-one” coaching & mentoring with team members
- Conduct field visit to audit execution compliance and coach team members
- Conduct on-boarding training to new members
- Monitor headcount fulfillments and support in recruiting
- Conduct monthly Promotion Plan with the Merchandiser
- Regularly meet with key outlet buyers
- Support in any other ad-hoc duties when needed
