Location: Philippines | (On-site)
Responsibilities:
The MEAL Assistant will:
- Lead in the implementation of basic monitoring and accountability systems
- Lead in the maintenance and management of project databases
- Support in the development of trackers and data needs
- Support in the development of reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Other tasks as assigned by CAPACities Program Manager and MEAL Program Manager.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 to 6 months of work or volunteer experience in humanitarian and community development and monitoring.
- Advanced Microsoft applications skills required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Has experience working in Central Visayas region.
- Has experience working with Local Government Units
- Has experience with Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning systems
- Experience using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Required Languages - Visayan, Tagalog, and English.
Travel - None. All potential travels are within Tagbilaran City.

Key Working Relationships:
Internal: CAPACities Program Manager, MEAL Program Manager, Resilience Officer, Head of Programming, Finance Officer
External: Local Diocese counterparts, Local Government Units of Tagbilaran, other city stakeholders from academe, private sector, and civil society.
