Podcast Production Manager at WinChoice – Mountain Pine, Arkansas

We’re looking for a Podcast Production Manager to lead the launch and ongoing production of the Rule 76 Podcast. This role manages everything from pre-launch planning to content creation, publishing, and social media strategy.

• Manage podcast production from launch through distribution
  
• Coordinate studio setup (lighting, cameras, audio)
  
• Develop and execute social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
  
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and create promotional content
  
• Collaborate with hosts on show structure and creative direction
  
• Coordinate guest bookings and production logistics
  
• Oversee editing, publishing, and episode distribution
  
• Identify opportunities for live or streamed episodes

Required:

• Experience in podcasting, media production, or content creation
  
• Social media management experience
  
• Strong organization and communication skills
  

Preferred:

• Video editing and short-form content experience
  
• Background in marketing or digital media
  
• Experience with podcast platforms or live streaming
