Fitzgerald Auto Mall currently looking to hire an experienced Body Shop Estimator for our Collision Center. Sales Performance and Strong Customer Satisfaction Track Record is a plus! We are a top paying dealer, looking for top talent. Clean, organized and structured work environment. Applicants MUST HAVE PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE, CCONE, AND DRP KNOWLEDGE. I-Car training is preferred but not required. A valid driver’s license is required. We offer an extremely generous compensation package and an industry-leading benefits package.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet clients in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Cater to client concerns and collect vehicle information.
• Secure agreement from clients prior to all repairs.
• Clearly explain the estimate on every customer vehicle.
• Thoroughly estimate the time and cost of every repair.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and apply for supplemental work.
