Schedule: Monday–Friday (some flexibility required)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Bond Distributing is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support retail accounts, sales reps, and drivers. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this role may be a great fit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Communicate with retail accounts, drivers, sales reps, and management

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, enter orders, and manage order processing

• Support three Maryland distributors with timely, accurate service

• Set up and maintain retail account records

• Help retailers with web portal setup and ongoing support

• Stay informed about product offerings and communicate updates to customers

WHAT WE OFFER

• Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour (based on experience)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication and attention to detail

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

• Industry experience is a plus, but not required

• Excel experience a plus

• Drama free environment
