Maintenance Supervisor at Keltec – Hudson, Ohio

• Lead, develop, and manage the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to maintenance performance (e.g., uptime, response time, cost control).
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities to support production schedules.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and guide team in resolution.
• Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and reliability improvements.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new equipment and facility systems.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment history, and compliance records.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe maintenance environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 5–10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2–5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical controls, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods
• Work in varying temperatures and industrial environments
