A Day in the Life as Customer Service Coordinator
As a Customer Service Coordinator, your day moves with purpose. You’ll coordinate shipments, and ensure every case is handled accurately and on time. You’ll partner with internal teams, organize logistics, track details, and solve challenges before they become problems. From answering internal and external customer questions to coordinating drivers and managing shipping systems. Your role as a coordinator keeps everything running smoothly. Monday–Friday
10:00am - 6:30pm
Compensation
$18.02 – $23.21 per hour, depending on experience

Required Skills:
- Data Entry Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks, including entering patient information, case details, and other relevant data into computer systems. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computer software and applications essential for data entry, record keeping, and communication. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook).
- Fast-Paced Environment: Proven experience working in a high-paced work environment where tasks need to be completed quickly and efficiently. Ability to maintain composure and meet deadlines even during busy periods.
- Multitasking Skills: Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple cases simultaneously. The candidate should be able to switch between tasks seamlessly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Packaging and Shipping: Familiarity with proper packaging techniques to ensure safe transport of cases to dental offices. Knowledge of shipping procedures, labeling, and documentation is essential.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and packaging.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to keep track of various cases, prioritize tasks, and maintain an efficient workflow. Being able to manage and retrieve information quickly is crucial.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a dynamic work environment. The ability to handle unexpected challenges and adjust strategies accordingly is important.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. This includes balancing data entry, packaging, and shipping responsibilities.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, supervisors, and dental offices. Clear communication ensures smooth coordination and understanding of case requirements.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment. Willingness to assist others during peak workloads or with specific tasks as needed.
