About the Role:

Seeking a strategic, analytical, and growth-oriented CFO to lead regional finance functions.

Responsibilities include optimizing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strong business insights for executive decision-making.

Ideal candidate has extensive experience leading finance teams, implementing control models, managing corporate budgets, and maintaining financial health in international organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial, accounting, and tax strategy across operating countries.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, projections, and critical data analysis.

Manage relationships with banks, investors, and internal and external audits.

Ensure regulatory and tax compliance in each country, focusing on US Taxes.

Optimize financial processes, enhance controls, and promote capital efficiency.

Lead and develop high-performance finance teams.

Report directly to the CEO and Executive Committee.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

10 to 12 years as CFO or equivalent roles.

5+ years proven experience with US Taxes.

Experience in multinational or large companies preferred.

Technical Skills:

Advanced expertise in financial models, projections, and data analysis.

Solid knowledge of international accounting standards.

Experience in financial risk management and tax optimization strategies.

English proficiency from B2+ to C1 (mandatory).
