This role is a strategic leadership position focused on driving end-user growth, engagement, and retention through innovative B2C marketing initiatives. As Director of B2C Marketing, you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy while leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will oversee all acquisition channels, brand management, lifecycle campaigns, and co-marketing partnerships, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. This position offers the opportunity to influence company-wide growth, optimize marketing ROI, and shape the voice and presence of the brand. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Customer Success will be critical to delivering measurable impact. The role is fully remote within the U.S., empowering you to drive results while working flexibly.
Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement a holistic B2C marketing strategy aligned with company objectives, focusing on acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a results-driven culture.
  • Oversee all end-user acquisition channels, including email, SMS, in-app notifications, paid media, affiliates, partnerships, and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications and maintaining the companys voice, values, and visual identity.
  • Develop and manage customer lifecycle initiatives, loyalty programs, and re-engagement campaigns to maximize end-user lifetime value.
  • Own and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to optimize ROI and meet key performance indicators.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and adjust campaigns to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Professional Services, and Support teams to ensure seamless end-user experiences.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience leading B2C marketing initiatives and building high-performing marketing teams.
  • Proven track record designing, executing, and optimizing end-user acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing, including email, SMS, in-app notifications, paid media, affiliate programs, and partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience making data-driven decisions and optimizing campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Hands-on leadership style with ability to foster collaboration, mentor team members, and drive accountability.
  • Budget management experience, including resource allocation and ROI optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the payments or fintech industry is a plus, as is experience with B2B2C business models or marketing automation platforms such as Braze.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate market trends and adapt marketing initiatives to changing conditions.
