This role is a senior leadership position responsible for identifying, incubating, and scaling a new generation of strategic partners across cloud, cybersecurity, and incident response domains. The Global Emerging Strategic SI Partnership Director will develop and execute partner strategies, drive executive-level relationships, and activate partner practices that position the companys platform at the center of enterprise cyber resilience initiatives. You will work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to generate pipeline, enable partners, and expand partner ecosystems globally. This position combines strategic vision, hands-on execution, and revenue accountability in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment. The role requires a strong understanding of cloud platforms, data protection, and AI-driven security practices, along with experience engaging senior leaders and delivering measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, global setting, influencing both internal teams and external partners to drive growth and innovation.
Accountabilities:
  • Define and implement a strategic partner incubation and engagement framework for emerging Cloud Service Integrators, Security Solution Providers, and Incident Response firms.
  • Build executive relationships and serve as the primary sponsor for partner organizations, aligning on strategy, investment, and growth priorities.
  • Activate partner practices, enabling cloud, security, and AI-driven solutions while positioning the platform as a foundational cyber resilience tool.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to expand capabilities of existing partners, driving adoption beyond traditional backup into security operations and incident response.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-selling, co-marketing, solution alignment, and enablement programs.
  • Establish measurable pipeline, revenue, and partner-sourced contribution targets, ensuring consistent reporting on performance and ROI.
  • Influence partner investment in training, certifications, and dedicated resources to support scalable growth.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partner management, alliances, or channel development within cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling partner ecosystems, including Cloud SIs, security solution providers, or incident response firms.
  • Deep understanding of cyber resilience, data protection, cloud platforms, security operations, and incident response.
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue through strategic partner initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence, capable of engaging credibly with C-suite executives, partner principals, and senior field leaders.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on building trusted, long-term partnerships.
