Maintenance Supervisor - Apartment Community at Monarch Investment and Management Group – Clarksville, Indiana

Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at Olde Town Villagein Clarksville, Indiana. This role oversees all property maintenance, make-ready processes, work order management, and a small maintenance team for a multifamily community.

• $27$30/hr
• Up to $4,000/year in Supervisor bonuses
• On-Call Bonus: $100/week + 1.5 hrs minimum pay for any call
