Senior Information Security Specialist - REMOTE
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Information Security Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and processes that protect sensitive information. You'll have the opportunity to engage with various departments and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of security awareness. As a key player in incident management and risk assessment, your impact will extend throughout the organization, contributing to the integrity and resilience of our business operations.
Accountabilities- Solid knowledge of information security norms and frameworks (LGPD, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, COBIT, ITIL, etc.)
- Ability to develop and maintain organizational security controls
- Understanding of enterprise risk management applied to IT and cybersecurity
- Experience in incident management with a focus on cybersecurity from procedural and regulatory perspectives
- Familiarity with GRC tools (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is considered an asset
- Bachelor's degree in related fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, Information Security or related areas
- Preferred post-graduate or specialization in Information Security, LGPD, or Risk Management
- Certifications: ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor, ITIL Foundation or higher, CISM, or CRISC
- Experience in defining and writing security policies, standards, processes, and audits
- Experience in creating and updating corporate security policies
