About This Position
Required Qualifications, Education & Certifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Trade certification preferred
- Universal EPA/HVAC certification or equivalent is preferred or ability to obtain within one year of employment preferred
- 3 years relevant work experience required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Troubleshooting ability
- Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 pounds and the ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk. Working at heights such as using ladders or step stools as needed.
