  • Provide legal support for channel partner programs, including MSPs, VARs, distributors, and SIs.
  • Advise on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and strategic business initiatives, ensuring alignment with legal and commercial requirements.
  • Handle day-to-day legal inquiries, including corporate entity support, risk assessments, compliance, data privacy, and collections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively manage legal risks and facilitate business objectives.
  • Support ad hoc legal matters as required, including employment law, litigation coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
  • 812 years of substantive experience providing legal advice in an international corporate or technology-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting sales teams and managing SaaS and channel partner programs.
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to balance business objectives and risk management.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail across multiple projects and time zones.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
  • Unlimited paid time off and flexible working options to support work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage.
  • Parental leave and support for growing families.
  • Employee stock option plan for long-term growth participation.
  • Home office allowance and professional development stipend.
  • Recognition programs and a collaborative, mission-driven work culture.
