Executive Assistant to the CEO at Distro – Lima, Illinois

Location: On-site Lima, Peru Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with outstanding organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong critical thinking, and manages multiple priorities with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CEOs calendar, meetings, and logistics across multiple time zones.

Handle correspondence, task coordination, and streamline daily operations.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy protocols.

Act as liaison between the CEO and internal teams to ensure alignment on priorities.

Set up and track projects using Microsoft Teams and ERP tools (Accelo).

Review and proofread client deliverables for accuracy and formatting.

Design professional presentations and infographics using PowerPoint and Canva.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant.

English C1

Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and Canva (required).

Power BI proficiency preferred.

Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and detail orientation.

Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

High level of discretion and professionalism.
