Job Overview

• Salary/Pay Rate: $27 to $32 per hour plus Performance Bonus.

• Location: Greendale, WI (Travel to job sites required).

• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends, and Overtime.

• Project Scope: Residential and Commercial Mitigation (Water, Fire, and Mold).

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.

The Opportunity You will serve as a vital field leader, taking full ownership of on-site operations to protect and restore local properties. This role offers the autonomy to manage crews and the chance to drive high standards within a rapidly expanding, performance-driven company. You will be the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring every project is executed with technical precision and elite customer service.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead and supervise mitigation technicians to ensure high-quality project delivery.

• Oversee the daily execution of demolition, structural drying, and specialized cleaning.

• Calibrate and adjust drying equipment based on accurate moisture readings and data.

• Document project progress through detailed photos, logs, and mobile technology.

• Resolve real-time technical and logistical issues to maintain strict project timelines.

• Mentor field crews in safety protocols and IICRC industry standards.

• Communicate clearly with homeowners and insurance reps to provide peace of mind.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven ability to lead crews and manage people in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong commitment to professional workplace conduct and elite customer service.

• Proficiency in using mobile technology and apps for detailed job documentation.

• Physical capacity to lift 65+ lbs and work in demanding field conditions.

• Flexibility to respond to unplanned emergencies and participate in on-call rotations.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 3 years of experience in restoration or residential construction.

• Prior experience in a leadership or crew supervision capacity.

• Advanced knowledge of structural drying principles and mitigation best practices.

• Must be fluent in English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
