Remote Position - Licensed Sales Agent- Johnson Insurance Center at Hol-Dav Inc – Raleigh, North Carolina

The Johnson Insurance Center @ Johnson Automotive is growing. We are looking to hire an experienced North Carolina agent to join our sales team. This opportunity is perfect for a sales-driven, service-oriented agent with a successful background in a quota driven environment.

As a Licensed Sales Agent, you will advise and sell personal lines insurance policies with an auto-led sale. We are specifically looking to hire NC Personal lines licensed individuals with prior experience selling multi-carrier products. Responsibilities

• Rigorously work Company provided warm leads.
• Utilize a rating system, multiple carrier portals and a CRM to prepare personalized auto, home and Commercial liability quotes
• Learn our systems quickly and give constant feedback to our management team to make it the best in class.
• Help improve internal processes and adapt to our integrity driven consumer experience
• Provide your experienced advice and recommendations to customers

Qualifications

• A valid NC P&C insurance license as well as Life preferred and Commercial lines a plus.
• Multiple years of experience selling personal lines auto & home in North Carolina
• Multiple years of experience handling customer service calls or experience in a call center
• Remote Schedule Mon-Friday, 8:00Am-5:00pm, with in office meeting on Thursdays in Cary, NC, 11am-12:30pm.
• Pay: $50,000 - $60,000.00 salary plus commission!
• Interviews will be held in Cary, NC.
• Must live local to Cary / Raleigh / Durham area.
