About the Role:

The Manager of Total Rewards and HRIS plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation, benefits, and HR information systems strategies that align with the organization's workforce objectives. This role is responsible for processing beginning to end payroll in ADP, garnishments, monitoring timekeeping, and ensuring compliance with HSA and 401k. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the total rewards programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role monitors the carrier feeds, file transmissions, and benefits vendor administration. The role also involves managing the ADP platform to optimize data integrity, reporting capabilities, and user experience across the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HR, finance, and leadership teams to analyze market trends, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic decision-making. Ultimately, this role ensures that the organization's total rewards and HR technology infrastructure effectively attract, retain, develop and deploy talent while supporting operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years processing payroll in ADP, with 401k, HSA and Benefits management
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional)
  • 5 years of experience managing total rewards programs and HRIS systems for a large organization.
  • Experience with advanced HR analytics and reporting tools.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and change management initiatives.
  • Experience working in a multinational or highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage total rewards programs including compensation, benefits, and incentive plans to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Oversee the administration and continuous improvement of the HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, system integration, and user support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze compensation and benefits data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support strategic workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation, benefits, and data privacy.
  • Lead vendor relationships and negotiate contracts related to benefits providers and HRIS technology solutions.
  • Manage and mentor a team responsible for total rewards and HRIS operations, fostering professional development and high performance.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience within total rewards and HRIS functions.
