About This Position
The Digital Marketing Specialist will gain hands-on experience in copywriting, SEO, content creation, e-commerce merchandising, and other digital marketing strategies. They will support ongoing initiatives while contributing fresh ideas to drive continued growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a motivated and creative team dedicated to expanding our online presence. This position is hybrid, with the expectation of being in the office 3 days per week.

SEO:
- Optimize website content, including product descriptions and articles, for improved search engine rankings
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to track SEO progress and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic search traffic
Content Creation:
- Write engaging and informative copy and product descriptions
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content when necessary
Data Analysis:
- Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance
- Analyze data using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other SEO tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Create data-driven reports to inform marketing strategies
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, SEO, and content creation; previous digital marketing experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other Google Workspace products
- Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush,etc)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends
