This role offers the opportunity to bridge business needs, user experience, and product development in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a Business Analyst with a strong product focus, you will translate customer needs and internal requirements into clear, actionable specifications, wireframes, and prototypes. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure systems and products are logically structured, user-friendly, and aligned with strategic goals. Your work will directly influence product functionality, scalability, and user experience, shaping the way digital solutions are designed and delivered. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thinking in systems, and collaborating across teams to drive impactful product outcomes. You will have autonomy in defining workflows, documenting functional requirements, and ensuring consistent implementation of design standards.
Accountabilities:- Translate business and customer requirements into clear functional specifications and product documentation
- Define user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams
- Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and other product artifacts using design systems or component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to research, analyze, and prototype new features
- Ensure product functionality is logically structured, scalable, and aligned with broader business objectives
- Document functional requirements, workflows, and system behavior to ensure accurate implementation
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement within user journeys and business processes
- Maintain close communication with stakeholders to ensure product outcomes meet both business and user needs
Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar product-focused role
- Analytical and structured mindset with ability to think in systems and assess usability, scalability, and business impact
- Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design and prototyping tools
- Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and translating business needs into functional specifications
- Familiarity with user journey mapping, workflow analysis, and design systems/component libraries
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Dedication, enthusiasm, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first environment
- Access to a Mac or suitable workstation for design tools such as Figma is preferred
