This role is a key leadership position within a high-growth global sales organization, focused on building and scaling a high-performing Sales Development team across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for driving outbound and inbound pipeline generation while ensuring strong alignment between sales, marketing, and broader go-to-market functions. Acting as both a coach and a strategic leader, you will develop SDR talent, optimize processes, and improve conversion quality across the funnel. The environment is fast-paced, fully remote, and highly international, requiring strong adaptability and a data-driven mindset. You will play a central role in shaping first customer impressions and ensuring consistent pipeline growth for the business. - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve outbound and inbound pipeline generation targets.
- Build and optimize SDR processes, playbooks, and workflows to improve team efficiency and conversion performance.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of high-performing SDR talent.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline generation strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key SDR performance metrics to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Drive alignment with regional sales leadership to ensure consistent pipeline delivery and revenue impact.
- Provide ongoing feedback on marketing-qualified leads and contribute to campaign optimization initiatives.
- Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous learning within the SDR organization.
- Proven experience managing Sales Development teams in a fast-growing SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong track record of driving pipeline generation through both inbound and outbound channels.
- Experience in sales or closing roles is highly preferred, with strong commercial acumen.
- Deep understanding of modern sales tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ).
- Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and retain top-performing sales talent.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Annual salary range between €80,000 and €115,000, depending on experience and location.
