This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and business operations, acting as a key advisor to senior leadership. You will translate organizational priorities into financial plans that guide decision-making and drive performance across the business. Working in a data-driven and collaborative environment, you will own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes while delivering insights that shape strategic direction. The role requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to connect financial outcomes to operational drivers in a clear and actionable way. You will also play a critical role in strengthening financial systems, improving processes, and ensuring consistency in planning and reporting. In this role, you will lead financial planning activities and serve as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, ensuring financial insights are embedded in decision-making. You will be responsible for forecasting accuracy, financial modeling, and performance analysis across the organization:
- Own and manage monthly forecasting cycles, annual budgeting, and multi-year financial planning aligned with strategic objectives.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support planning and business decision-making.
- Deliver KPI reporting, variance analysis, and forward-looking insights that drive performance improvements.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Drive improvements in financial systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and maintain strong governance across all planning activities.
The ideal candidate brings strong FP&A expertise and the ability to operate as a trusted financial advisor in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You combine technical financial skills with strong business acumen and communication abilities:
- 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, including at least 4+ years in FP&A.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
- Ability to connect financial performance with operational drivers and business strategy.
- Proven experience influencing and partnering with senior leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Experience with FP&A tools such as Planful strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Competitive salary range: $100,000 – $130,000
