This role offers the opportunity to step into a high-impact SEO leadership position where strategy, execution, and client partnership converge. You will be responsible for driving organic growth for a portfolio of B2B SaaS and technology clients, shaping SEO strategies that directly influence pipeline and revenue outcomes. Working in a fully remote, high-performance environment, you will operate with significant autonomy while collaborating with cross-functional teams across content, digital PR, and growth marketing. The role blends hands-on SEO execution with strategic advisory work, requiring both analytical depth and strong client-facing communication. You will own end-to-end SEO initiatives, from diagnostics and technical audits to content planning and performance optimization. - Manage a portfolio of 3 to 5 B2B SaaS and technology clients, owning SEO strategy, execution, and performance outcomes end-to-end.
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical audits, site optimization recommendations, and content roadmap planning.
- Drive organic search performance, including traffic growth, ranking improvements, and conversion impact aligned with client pipeline goals.
- Lead client communication with strong executive presence, including presentations, reporting, and expectation management.
- Align SEO initiatives with broader demand generation efforts, including content strategy, funnel mapping, digital PR, and link-building.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve retention, identify growth opportunities, and support cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of SEO roadmaps while continuously optimizing based on performance insights.
- 5+ years of experience in SEO strategy and execution, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology, or digital marketing environments.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable organic growth and supporting pipeline goals such as MQLs and SQLs.
- Hands-on experience working directly with clients, including leading meetings, presenting strategies, and managing ongoing relationships.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and how SEO integrates with digital PR and link-building.
- Ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable SEO strategies and prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort.
- Experience working in remote-first or distributed team environments with strong self-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex SEO concepts clearly.
