Accountabilities- Transform company goals into a cohesive product strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the product management team.
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Drive the development of intelligent, automated experiences for vet customers.
- Oversee e-commerce and conversion processes for pet-owner-facing products.
- Ensure seamless platform integration and API strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products.
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B2C or SaaS environments.
- Ability to lead and mentor a product management team.
- Experience with integrated platform models and open architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on measurable outcomes.
