Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST 100% remote since 2 month Primarily US-based clients, with some global exposure

Do you thrive on accuracy, ownership, and making payroll run flawlessly every single time? This opportunity might be for you We’re looking for a Managed Services Consultant to act as an extension of our customers’ HR & Payroll teams, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient people operations.

What you’ll do: Be a key driver of operational excellence by: Owning end-to-end payroll processes Ensuring compliance with US and/or Canadian regulations (federal, state, local) Identifying and resolving discrepancies before they impact payroll Optimizing workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy Partnering cross-functionally with internal teams Acting as a trusted advisor for your clients

What we’re looking for: 3+ years of experience in payroll, managed services, or consulting Experience running payroll in the US or Canada (both is a plus) Hands-on experience with HRIS (Rippling, Workday, ADP, Gusto, UKG, Deel, etc.) Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple clients
