This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, data, and technology, focused on building impactful internal analytics products that empower decision-making across the organization. You will define and deliver scalable dashboards, curated datasets, and self-service analytics solutions that simplify how internal teams access and use data. Working closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders, you will translate complex requirements into clear, actionable product features. The position plays a key role in driving data adoption, reducing manual reporting efforts, and enabling a more data-driven culture. You will also ensure all analytics solutions meet governance, privacy, and compliance standards. This is a highly collaborative and influential role where your work directly shapes how data is consumed and leveraged across the business.

• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize enterprise analytics and data requirements across business functions.
• Own and manage the analytics product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, including epics, features, and user stories for development teams.
• Oversee the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and curated datasets to enable self-service analytics.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering and analytics engineering teams to ensure accurate, scalable, and reliable data products.
• Drive adoption of analytics tools through training, enablement, and change management initiatives.
• Define and track key performance metrics for analytics products and continuously improve based on user feedback and usage insights.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, governance, and security standards across all analytics solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant experience in analytics product ownership or business intelligence roles may be considered in place of formal education.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused roles with stakeholder-facing responsibilities.
• Strong experience working across business, engineering, and data teams to deliver analytics products.
• Hands-on expertise with BI tools (Power BI preferred) and dashboard development.
• Ability to translate business problems into structured analytics requirements and data solutions.
• Strong understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and how they support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy principles, and self-service analytics is highly desirable.
