This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a large-scale HR transformation by supporting the implementation and optimization of compensation programs within a global organization. You will act as a subject-matter expert, translating compensation strategies into scalable system solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational policies and market practices. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will play a key role in system configuration, testing, and deployment readiness. The position combines analytical rigor with strategic input, requiring strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. You will also support ongoing compensation processes, helping maintain consistency and competitiveness across regions. - Serve as the compensation subject-matter expert during HRIS implementation, translating compensation frameworks into system requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support system configuration, testing, and deployment readiness
- Review and validate compensation-related outputs to ensure alignment with policies and governance standards
- Define testing scenarios, analyze results, and identify gaps or inconsistencies in system performance
- Document compensation processes, frameworks, and guidelines to ensure scalability and consistency
- Provide ongoing compensation support, including job leveling, offer reviews, and salary alignment
- Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to inform compensation decisions
- Support compensation cycles and ensure data accuracy, compliance, and auditability
- Identify and implement improvements in compensation processes and data management
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics
- Experience supporting HRIS implementations, preferably with Workday
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate insights
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools and market surveys
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Nice to have: Workday compensation certification
