Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or biopharmaceutical industries with a strong focus on strategic account management or senior sales leadership.
  • Proven experience managing large, global, or enterprise-level customer accounts.
  • Strong understanding of life sciences markets, including diagnostics, biologics, or related scientific domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and margin expansion.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific and technical concepts into business opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop long-term account growth plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced scientific degree and/or MBA preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including internationally.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual base salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 USD
  • Eligibility for bonus and incentive compensation
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Paid time off and flexible remote work arrangement
