We are looking for experience Senior SAP Program Manager to support our US team via remote.

Responsibilities:
Program & Project Leadership

• Provide senior-level program and project management leadership across multiple SAP initiatives and technologies
• Assess the health of ongoing SAP programs, including governance, delivery cadence, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
• Support stabilization, recovery, or optimization of SAP programs as needed

Diagnostic & Assessment

• Rapidly onboard to observe, understand, and evaluate existing SAP delivery processes
• Ask the right questions to uncover root causes behind delivery challenges, inefficiencies, or delays
• Identify gaps across process, execution, governance, tools, and stakeholder engagement

Transformation & Improvement

• Develop clear, structured recommendations to improve SAP delivery effectiveness
• Define practical improvement plans, roadmaps, and execution strategies
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align on priorities, outcomes, and success metrics
• Support implementation of agreed improvements, where required

Stakeholder Management

• Engage effectively with US-based leadership and stakeholders
• Provide clear, concise communication on findings, risks, and recommendations
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on SAP program health and delivery strategy

Requirements:

• 15–20 years of experience in senior program and project management across a range of SAP technologies
• Strong background in large-scale SAP implementations, transformations, or complex delivery environments
• Experience working in consulting environments (e.g., Accenture or similar firms) strongly preferred
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Demonstrated strength in:
  • Program governance and delivery frameworks
  • Risk and issue management
  • Root-cause analysis and problem solving
  • Executive-level communication
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and outcomes-focused mindset
• Comfortable operating as an individual contributor without direct authority
