Sabine Federal Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and personable ITM Teller to join our Strickland Office team. As an ITM Teller, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional member service while accurately processing financial transactions via our Instant Teller Machines. Your contributions will support the Credit Union’s financial operations and uphold our reputation for trust and excellence in the community.

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify member identification and ensure compliance with Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide information about products and services, referring members to appropriate departments when needed.
• Identify and report suspicious activities or potential fraud to management promptly.
• Resolve member inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a focus on member satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work station.

• Basic math skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with standard office software.
