In this role, you will design customized travel itineraries based on clients preferences, budgets, and destinations of interest. You will collaborate with our team to ensure all aspects of the itineraryfrom transportation to accommodations and activitiesare well-organized and tailored to the clients needs.
Key Responsibilities:Communicate with clients to gather travel details, preferences, and expectationsResearch destinations, accommodations, and activities to create well-rounded itinerariesOrganize trip details including transportation, lodging, excursions, and special requestsProvide clear, easy-to-follow itineraries for clients prior to departureUpdate and adjust itineraries as needed to accommodate changesMaintain accurate records of bookings and client communicationStay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and industry best practices
Requirements:Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesBasic computer proficiency and reliable internet accessInterest in travel and creating memorable client experiencesPrevious experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required
