Position: Customer Experience Leader

Shop Location: Ashland, VA serving the greater Richmond area

Pay Range: Up to $23/hour total compensation including Base Pay + Profit Share + Tips!

Objective: As a Customer Experience Leader, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving our sales efforts. No experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive training!

Responsibilities:
Deliver Top-Notch Service: Impress our customers with your upbeat attitude and dedication to quality service.
Drive & Load With Care: Collaborate with your team to safely and efficiently operate and load trucks.
Remove Unwanted Items: Tackle both light and heavy lifting during residential and commercial cleanouts.
Promote Sales: Be a brand ambassador—offer honest estimates and represent us with professionalism.
Prioritize Safety: Follow safety guidelines and always maintain a polished, uniformed appearance.

Training: Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

  • Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is preferred
