Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable, client-focused Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will support clients before, during, and after their travel planning process by providing timely communication, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in the travel space.
Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platformsAssist with booking confirmations, travel changes, and general service questionsResolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiencyCommunicate updates related to itineraries, travel documents, or supplier changesMaintain accurate records of client communications and updatesCoordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal team members to fulfill service requestsStay informed about travel policies, destinations, and industry changes relevant to client needs
Qualifications:Previous experience in customer service (travel, hospitality, or service industry preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable using email, CRM platforms, and online booking toolsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentMust be 18 years or older with access to a computer and stable internet connectionInterest in the travel industry and a passion for client satisfaction
